What "made with Claude" means
Claude is Anthropic's family of AI models. Creators use it by chatting in the Claude app, inside code editors such as Cursor, or through Claude Code, Anthropic's coding agent. Anthropic introduced Claude Code on 24 February 2025 as a tool that "can search and read code, edit files, write and run tests, commit and push code to GitHub, and use command line tools". For a game maker, that means the AI can work across a whole project instead of answering one question at a time.
Every game below has public proof that Claude did much of the work: the creator's own post, a forum thread or a jam listing. When a creator names a model, like Claude Opus or Claude Sonnet, it shows on the game's tag.
A short history
Claude was part of vibe coding from day one. The post that coined the term named "Cursor Composer w Sonnet" as the setup, and Sonnet is a Claude model. When Pieter Levels built his viral flight sim in Cursor a few weeks later, he blamed some of its glitches on "context window limits of Sonnet 3.5" in a post about duplicate code.
By 2026 Claude was a common pick for jam entries. The winner of Vibe Jam 2026, A Game About Capybaras Delivering Food, lists Claude as its model and Claude Code as its tool on the directory Viber Cove. On Player1AI, Claude is the AI creators name most often: 43 of our listed games.
How creators build games with Claude
Creators describe the process in their own words. Some start with no coding background:
“I built this game with Claude, without knowing how to code.”
Others use a game as a test of the model. @inkstaid built Dust & Lead with Claude Code and three.js because "I wanted to see how far Opus 5.5 could take an actual game from idea → code → playable demo." The maker of Mara Vey and the Lost Sunstones wrote on the three.js forum that "The code, models and music were made by Claude Code agents working from my specs".
Claude rarely works alone. @chongdashu listed the stack behind Closing Time: First Person Bouncer as "Sonnet 5.5 + Tripo + Blender + Wasm + WebGPU + ElevenLabs", mixing AI 3D models and voices with classic tools. @Cognitive_Forge made Wind Path with "Claude Code + Unity + Blender". The maker of Night Cruise says it used "third-party car models adapted and integrated into the game". And @IamIsPra went the other way, saying the game, video, music and voice-over for Spooky Cricket "were all made with Claude AI."
Newer models also change older games. @kidkenney first made Snowboard Supreme with an earlier model and says Opus 5.5 "took the procedural generation and volumetric lighting to another level."
Standout Claude games on Player1AI
- Riposte: Frontline: a free multiplayer shooter its creator describes as bringing "classic Call of Duty vibes to your browser", built with Claude Code and three.js "without a traditional game engine".
- Frost Train: a survival game where you send "a tethered crab-mech into the snow for supplies" while the train's heat falls (@Alex_Vainshtein).
- Night Cruise: Tokyo expressways at night. "No racing, no missions—just pick a car and drive."
- Harbor Chef: grill fish, stack plates and grow a dock into a port, on phone or PC (@roshanali12301).
- DiscoDino: Lost Worlds: photograph 50 prehistoric creatures across 11 pixel-art levels (@goethecoin).
- Church Life: "Stay awake through the sermon, dodge Auntie Grace, fight for the last drumstick" (@LesediChingwena).
- Ripple Pool: a physics puzzle with daily puzzles and a calm mode (@michaelirizarry).
- Kitty Hawks: in its creator's words, "topgun, acecombat but with kitties."
What to expect as a player
Most Claude games here are made by one person or a small team and shared early. Launch posts often end with a question like "What would you improve first?", so expect updates and the odd rough edge. They are free on the creator's site. A few plan app versions too: @efeislekel says Hot Dog Please! is "Coming soon to iOS & Android". Phone support varies from game to game, so check the Phone tag before you tap Play.
